The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
15-day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with an in-stock item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping , handling or other additional charges (if applicable).
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than Karat Jewelry Group), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. The item must be returned in excellent condition and with all paperwork (receipt, warranty card, and certification where applicable) to ensure full credit.
All orders must be inspected before refund is given. In this case only, you can choose to have an in-store credit or refund for the amount paid. All refunds will be given in the same manner as originally purchased. The customer is also liable for all shipping, insurance and handling costs associated with the return.
Shipping and handling costs will be refunded only when the return is necessary due to our error. We are not responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. You need to provide us with tracking number, choose signature confirmation option and to make sure that item is insured when shipped back.
MADE TO ORDER, CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDERS
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase let us know and Karat Jewelry Group will fix or remake the piece at no cost to you until you order is exactly as you desire and fully satisfied or MONEY BACK GUARANTEE if you return an item within 15 days after you received it. We do not collect any labor fees for custom orders.

All orders are fully insured 100% value of the item and shipped UPS/FedEx with tracking number for you convenience. Karat Jewelry Group offers FREE 2-3 day SHIPPING on orders to any of the 50 states. Overnight shipping is also available for an additional fee.
-in stock orders will ship within 1 or 2 after payment has been cleared.
-for made to order jewelry the handling time is 1 to 2 weeks before we ship them.
All orders will require an adult signature confirmation at time of delivery. If you are unable to be available for signature on a weekday during work hours please contact us and we will let you know another available way to ship package to you.
We do not ship to PO Box adresses.
At this moment we offer international shipping to United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. You will be responsible for all taxes and duties received from your country.
For shipping to another countries please contact us for shipping price.
International shipping cost is not returnable.
You just need to contact us and we will set up a payment plan which will be customized special for you.
Usually we ask to pay full price within 20% months. We will have to hold 20% of the cost of jewelry to cover all our expenses if in case you will cancel an order.
